- Villa manager
The villa’s live-in manager attends to all of your in-villa holiday requirements, including liaising with the chef to plan meals and organising events, massages and other guest services.
- Concierge
The villa concierge is available to help organise all your holiday activities, such as golf tee-off times, dining reservations and yacht charters, as well as providing service support to the villa manager and staff.
- Chef
Villa Minh’s full-time chef is on hand to plan and prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. The chef is pleased to help guests choose dishes from the villa’s menu and discuss any special requests or dietary requirements.

Minh’s team of efficient housekeepers keep the villa clean and tidy and assist with dining and other guest services.

Villa staff take care of the weekly pool and gardening service.

Dining
With a personal chef on hand to prepare all meals and snacks customised to your tastes, dining at Villa Minh is a delight. Explore Thai cuisine through the villa’s suggestion menu, featuring favourites such as pad thai, tom yum seafood soup, fresh spicy salads and the delicious and eye-catching goong sarong (prawns wrapped in crispy noodles). A kids’ menu caters to wee ones, special dietary needs are accommodated wherever possible and a selection of international dishes is also available.
Groceries for meals at Villa Minh are charged at market price plus a 20% provision fee. A float to cover grocery costs will be requested from guests, and staff will keep receipts for reference. To ensure the chef has ample time to prepare, guests are encouraged to plan meals at least 72 hours in advance.

And with a mix of queen- and king-beds, plus two interconnecting rooms, families have plenty of flexibility when assigning bedrooms.
Villa Minh’s family friendliness really shines at meal times: the villa’s large sparkling kitchen and full-time chef make dining an effortless delight. The menu has a selection of kid’s dishes and the chef is pleased to tailor meals to suit the tastes of everyone in the family. Even the pickiest of eaters will be tempted by kid-friendly Thai dishes such as satay chicken skewers and prawn fried rice.
A high chair and baby cot are available for those travelling with toddlers or babies, and other equipment such as car seats, changing mats and baby monitors, can be hired from reputable local agencies. Just let us know your requirements when making your reservation.
